Position: Field Service Representative
Location: Mentor, OH

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing installation and product support both in-house and at job sites. This role focuses on assisting contractors, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper installation and product performance in the field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel to job sites to assist contractors with installation and product use.
- Diagnose and resolve construction and installation issues.
- Oversee repairs and recommend technical improvements.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding product applications.
- Support manufacturing teams with quality control and product inspections.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Prepare and submit reports to sales and operations teams.
- Learn manufacturing processes across fiberglass, metal, and polymer products.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel frequently (50%–75%).
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit and work on a computer when not in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
- Experience in concrete construction or heavy civil projects preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to perform hands-on work in field environments.
- Experience working on union and non-union job sites preferred.
