Position: Polymer Production Operator
Location: Mentor, OH
Hours: Full Time (M-Th, 6A-4:30P) OT As needed

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for operating production equipment and supporting the manufacturing process of polymer products. This includes preparing molds, inspecting product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean molds, jackets, and cores by removing excess materials and debris.
- Remove flashing from finished products.
- Inspect products for quality issues and report concerns.
- Place finished products in curing racks or scrap defective items.
- Transfer materials from curing racks to pallets or repair areas.
- Apply wax to molds and prepare for next production cycle.
- Assemble molds and ensure proper alignment and closure.
- Perform basic adjustments using tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands and tools.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 75–100 lbs.
- Ability to climb, balance, kneel, and crouch as needed.
- Visual ability to inspect products and read instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
