DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Qualifications
- Prior experience in long-term care, home and community care, or personal care settings
- Direct support or caregiving background with individuals who have developmental disabilities or dementia
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and maintain resident rights
- Knowledge of safety, basic first aid, and ability to respond to emergencies
- Strong communication, caregiving compassion, and ability to work in a 2nd shift/shift-based environment
- Driving and general household/meal preparation skills are a plus

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
