Laboratory Assistant- Seasonal/Summer Part Time; shifts may vary Reports to: Department Supervisor/Team Lead (Departments: Sample Receiving, Inorganics, Organics) General Accountability: The primary purpose of this position is to flex between departments to help with the priorities for that day.
About the role: We are seeking a seasonal Laboratory Assistant responsible for supporting laboratory testing operations and assisting assigned laboratory sections as required to meet daily operational needs. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining acceptable productivity and supporting efficient laboratory workflow. Responsibilities: * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directions regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. * Follow safety requirements as described in the company Safety Manual and communicate all safety concerns and incidents to the Safety Representative. * Observe established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures. * Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements without deviation, except were approved by Supervisor or Manager. * Adhere to strict QA/QC
