Our Shop is composed of the best technicians and support staff in the industry. We utilize the latest Diagnostic equipment and information systems, including DVI to service our client’s vehicle correctly, and give you the tools to be successful in your career.

Ideal candidate will require experience in the following areas:

• Minimum of 3 years of service consultant experience, with excellent sales skills
• Experience and knowledge servicing multi-line vehicles
• Experience with Tire Sales
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Protractor management system is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills
• Ability to service our customers to the highest level possible
• Ability to work well with peers
• Ability to work one on one with technicians

Responsibilities

- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service, including explaining repair options and costs.

- Estimate service costs and communicate effectively with customers regarding pricing and timelines.

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality automotive repairs.

- Utilize sales skills to communicate the value of our services and how they are in the customer's best interest to maintain their vehicle.

- Manage service appointments and schedules to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize computer skills to input and track service orders, parts inventory, and customer information.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.

- Adhere to Weber Automotive standards and procedures to uphold quality service and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide the best service recommendations to customers.
