 Tower Industries is looking for a professional and engaging Customer Service Representative. This is a critical role for someone who excels at building relationships, solving problems, and providing a seamless experience for our clients from the first phone call to the final order.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact, answering phone calls, greeting visitors in our showroom, and providing expert guidance on product information and selections.

Service Excellence: Ensure fast and accurate order processing. You will coordinate closely with other departments to resolve inquiries and ensure our customers receive top-tier service.

Customer Retention: Build and maintain long-term business relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful service that promotes exceptional customer experience.

A pleasant phone voice, excellent attitude, and a genuine desire to assist both customers and co-workers are essential.

Ability to quickly recall information, work effectively in a challenging environment, and act independently with strong diligence.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have high-level math skills and the ability to read and interpret measurements with total accuracy.

A base knowledge (or the quick ability to learn) of the fabrication and installation processes for countertops and showers.


Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of proven customer service experience.

General construction knowledge and/or experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; ability to perform job duties satisfactorily as outlined.
