As a Cleaner, you will be tasked with performing cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Your role involves following cleaning protocols, using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Dust furniture, shelves, and other surfaces to remove dirt and allergens. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions. Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or damage. Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Follow instructions and guidelines for handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately. Collaborate with other cleaning staff to ensure consistent and efficient cleaning operations. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, tenants, or occupants.
