Schedule:

• Evenings twice a week (starting at 3pm)
• Weekends
• Hours based on service needs
• Up to 40 hours per week

Pay & Incentives:

• $17.25/hour (day services and home & community-based services)

Shift Differentials

• +$1.00/hour for evening shifts
• +$2.00/hour for Friday evenings
• +$5.00/hour for Saturday & Sunday shifts

About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives.

• Support individuals in exploring interests and building life skills
• Assist with participation in community activities and events
• Encourage independence and confidence in daily living

• Volunteering

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Friendly, compassionate, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and making a difference

Conditional Requirements:

• Bureau of Criminal Investigation background check must result in no felony record. 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance and ability to drive vehicle.
• Able to move/lift office supplies and equipment required for day-to-day operations.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have the physical ability to frequently stand, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, twist, bend, squat, stoop, and reach.
• Must be able to frequently walk and drive within the community in conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
