Position: Ballroom Dance Instructor/Trainee

Location: Willoughby, OH

Hours: Full Time (M-F, 12:30-9:30)

Pay: $13.75+

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for teaching dance instruction in a positive and engaging environment while supporting student development and participation. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work with students of various ages and skill levels. This role works directly with students while learning dance instruction techniques, customer engagement, and studio operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in training to become a ballroom dance instructor.
• Provide instruction and support to students in individual and group settings.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Demonstrate dance techniques, routines, and movement skills.
• Build professional relationships with students and studio staff.
• Assist with studio operations and daily activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Students and recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Dance experience preferred, but training will be provided.
