We’re hiring a hands-on Material Handler Lead to keep materials moving, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily material handling activities and support production needs
• Coordinate team workflow to ensure on-time movement of materials
• Troubleshoot material flow/process issues
• Train and support team members; help drive performance
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and employee development
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role (material handling/manufacturing)
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude
• Forklift/material handling experience
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Oracle is a plus)
• Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
