JOB TITLE: Supplier Assurance [Multiple Positions Available]

 

LOCATION: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240

 

DUTIES:  Architect, implement and automate advanced dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Tableau, enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering high-impact business insights. Design and build advanced data models, and execute complex data extraction, transformation, and visualization workflows from SharePoint lists utilizing Alteryx, ensuring robust, high-quality and reliable analytics outputs. Design, develop, and optimize complex data extraction and transformation processes using SQL across databases and data lakes, including Oracle, to enable seamless data integration and accessibility. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow low-code applications to streamline and enhance critical business processes, maximizing operational efficiency. Lead the migration of Alteryx ETL workflows and Tableau dashboards to advanced server environments, ensuring seamless deployment and integration into production systems for enhanced scalability, reliability, and performance. Author and update comprehensive technical design documentation and business process procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Own the full data analytics product lifecycle for innovative solutions, from initial discovery and ideation through deployment, continuous improvement, and decommissioning. Deliver scalable and sustainable analytic capabilities that unlock business value and support the effective management of key operational levers. Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements across data pipelines and reporting solutions, exemplified by initiatives such as the Email Monitoring System. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Data & Analytics, Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders-to gather requirements, align on strategic use cases, and drive adoption of data solutions. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data product management, Al, and advanced analytics, proactively integrating new approaches into development practices.

 

REQUIREMENTS:Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field of study  plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Supplier Assurance, Metrics & Analytics Analyst/Associate, Software/Applications Developer, IT Consultant, Technical Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Supplier Assurance, Metrics & Analytics Analyst/Associate, Software/Applications Developer, IT Consultant, Technical Engineer, or related occupation. This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: designing interactive and insightful data visualizations using Tableau; developing and optimizing complex SQL queries including the use of Common Table Expressions (CTEs) for robust data extraction from Oracle databases and data lakes; integrating with SharePoint including connecting to and extracting data from SharePoint lists to support business intelligence and reporting needs; querying relational and non-relational databases; querying, analyzing, and managing server metadata to support data governance and system optimization; and migrating workflows and dashboards across multiple server architecture environments to ensure scalability and reliability. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes utilizing Alteryx. This position requires the following certification: Tableau Desktop Specialist.
