Sr Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a highly visible and critical role on a delivery team. This position is designed to establish a strong onshore partnership with business stakeholders, bridging the gap with an offshore development team. The ideal candidate will operate with high autonomy and ownership, serving as a key partner to the hiring manager and providing leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform senior-level business analysis duties that extend beyond traditional BA responsibilities.
- Act as a primary partner to the hiring manager, providing direct support and leadership.
- Combine business analysis tasks with Scrum Master-like responsibilities and junior-level project management support.
- Engage heavily with business stakeholders to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Support an offshore development team, facilitating communication and managing complexity.
- Operate as the first onshore hire for the team, requiring a self-starter mindset and strong ownership.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Senior-level Business Analyst with strong domain experience in banking and credit cards. Candidates should have a broad background across multiple projects and environments, with prior experience performing light project management or Scrum Master duties.
