Lactation Consultant
Stand-By or As Needed, Day Shift

About the Job:
We are recruiting for a Lactation Consultant to meet the nutritional needs of patients through nutritional screening, assessment, instruction, monitoring, and patient visitation. We are looking for someone that can help cover vacations, leaves of absences and high census times. We work Monday-Friday, Day Shift; no weekends, evenings or holidays.
Primarily this person will support Liberty Campus, but may need to cover Burnet Campus, on occasion.
Pay starts at $35.72/hour, and can go up based on years of experience.
Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nursing. Registration with recognized professional organization and current license with the State of Ohio licensing board required. Certification as an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
About Nutrition Therapy and Lactation Services:
The Division of Nutrition Therapy at Cincinnati Children's offers lactation services that are staffed by Registered Nurses and Dietitians. Our team members are all international board-certified lactation consultants and have extensive experience with a wide range of maternal and pediatric health conditions.
