The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, particularly within the technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, manage client relationships, and develop innovative sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hotel outside sales, account management, or business development within the technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
