We are seeking an additional full-time receptionist/office assistant.
Duties include answering phones and directing calls on a multi-line phone system, greeting and directing clients and visitors, screening potential new clients calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, accepting client payments, contact companies for maintenance calls, etc., monitor and stock office supplies, process daily mail, maintain public areas assuring they are neat and tidy, perform light cleaning duties, process small claims actions and post-judgment collection efforts, perform daily calendar backups, assemble gift bags for new clients, mail out client invoices, assist with administrative tasks as assigned, assist with copying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing projects as requested, other duties as assigned.
Success in this position requires that the ideal candidate be proficient in answering and addressing incoming calls, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is friendly and professional, enjoys interacting with people in-person and on the phone; has a passion for helping people and a desire to learn, has excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, all the while placing customer service as a top priority.
