Lead the usage and operation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategy implementation in the CRM system in Enrollment Management for Kettering College. Responsible for public relations activities and events and recruitment on and off campus. Creation of communication strategies and content, reporting, training, and management of the system. Work closely with Kettering College IS/IT and Student Services to ensure that processes are effective and efficient or need to be adjusted or created. Assist Associate Dean in tracking effectiveness of recruitment efforts. Work in the Office of Admissions.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Administration, or related field and 1 year of related professional experience, including 1 year of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; 1 year of experience with Customer Service; 1 year of experience with Operational Improvement; 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office; 1 year of experience with Project organization; 1 year of experience with Product configuration; 1 year of experience with Report building; 1 year of experience with System monitoring; and 1 year of experience with Requirements analysis.
