Production Associate - 3 Day Weekends! (No Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays)
Location: Washington Court House, OH
Shift: * 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
- Work 4 days, enjoy 3 days off every single week!
Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour

Job Description: Randstad is hiring Production Associates for a premier manufacturing facility in Washington Court House. You will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality reinforcement materials and specialized sheets. Duties include monitoring production lines, inspecting finished products for quality, and preparing materials for shipment. This is an ideal role for someone who values a consistent schedule, physical work, and the stability of a 40-hour work week with zero weekend requirements. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
