Schedule: Weekend Work Required (Rotating/Consistent schedule)

Pay Range: $61,000 – $78,000 per year (Based on Experience)
Job Description: Randstad is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire leadership opportunity at a premier manufacturing facility in New Vienna. This "hands-on" leadership role focuses on managing the maintenance team, setting priorities, and ensuring maximum plant efficiency. You will partner with Engineering and Procurement to minimize downtime, manage spare parts inventory, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. We are looking for a technical expert who can lead by example on the floor while managing high-level department goals.
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience in industrial maintenance.
- Expertise in: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with Injection Molding is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to supervise teams, assign work, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and assign work orders through Shift Leads.
- Maintain a "Hands-On" work style—performing repairs alongside the team.
- Review/modify JSA’s and ensure 100% compliance with safety programs.
- Minimize downtime and optimize machine efficiency.
- Provide on-call support for non-routine troubleshooting outside of normal hours.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check for this permanent role.
