Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday. Sunday-Thursday
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Pay Range: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour ($54,080 – $68,640 Yearly)
Job Description: Randstad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a permanent, direct-hire role at a leading automotive machining facility in Chillicothe. You will perform technical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on high-speed production equipment. This role is ideal for a "hands-on" technician who enjoys working with CNC machinery and diagnosing complex electrical/mechanical issues. Technical Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
- Proficiency in: Electrical troubleshooting, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
- Specialized Skills: Experience with CNC machine repair and diagnosing problems using PLC ladder logic.
- Ability to read: Wire schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Tools: Proficiency with hand tools, multi-meters, gauges, and calipers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery to minimize downtime.
- Use PLC logic to diagnose and resolve machine faults.
- Participate in 5S projects and Kaizen/Quality Circle team activities.
- Assist with new machinery installations and facility audits.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Steel-toed shoes are required.
