Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the Franklin area including the counties of Franklin, Union, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Clark, Greene, and Champaign.
Job Description: CT Concrete LLC, Hilliard, OH. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Franklin, Union, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, Clark, Greene, Champaign. 16 Concrete Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from 05/01/2026 through 12/31/2026, 7:30 am-5:00 pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Schedule Varies, Some Saturdays may be required. Workers will be paid Weekly at $27.99/hr, $41.99/hr OT, Raises at employer's discretion. Set forms; prep concrete pouring area by placing/ grading/raking gravel with wheelbarrows, shovels, and rakes; remove and haul forms & old concrete. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
