Job Description

Energetic Human Resource Generalist to partner with HR Director in a professional organization where we strive daily to build great relationships and do the right things. We are an established firm with spirit to pursue new technologies as we provide creative design services to our clients. Position located in our West Chester, OH corporate office.

The Kleingers Group is an established firm that provides full service consulting services to both private and public clients in the areas of civil, transportation and municipal engineering, land survey, 3D laser scanning, athletic field design, planning and landscape architecture.

You will have opportunity to:
 Support the recruitment process
 Maintain AAP program
 Make suggestions to improve the efficiency human resource process and procedure
 Research, recommend and implement HRIS system
 Maintain compliance with AAP, FMLA, EEO and other regulations

Qualifications include:
 College Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP desired
 Minimum eight years practical experience providing direct support in a generalist role, preferably
at a leadership level in a professional service organization
 Good writing, editing and verbal communication skills
 High level aptitude with social media, web-based applications, HRIS, MS Office and Adobe
 Highest standards of integrity and professionalism
