Responsiblities:
Manage and oversee daily operation of the medical practice, including, but not limited to the following areas:
Data Collection and reporting

Provide for the collection and monthly computer entry of new patient, surgical procedure, and durable medical equipment statistics
Maintain a daily activity audit including data on accounts receivable, daily activity by provider, patient recall, and financial matters
Maintain software programs used by the practice, including installing updates and communicating with support lines and software vendors
Human Resources
Complete employee evaluations annually or assist employees with evaluations for job performance needed
Respond to breaches of office policy appropriately, including necessary documentation and discipline as needed
Oversee the interview process for all job applicants
Ensure that all new hires complete necessary employment forms, receive practice policies and procedures information, and that all appropriate forms are signed, dated and stored in the employee's personnel file
Ensure that personnel files of all employees are up to date and complete
Maintain files on all independent contractors under contract with the practice, including insurance information, HIPAA business agreements, etc
Administration
Understand the operation, needed repair, and maintenance of all office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, printers, and postage meters/scales
Maintain office policy and procedure manuals including job descriptions and coding manuals
Maintain a library of necessary information to aid and assist the staff
Communications
Schedule and chair all staff meetings with all employees of the medical practice
Schedule and attend monthly business meetings with CEO and associates of the medical practice
Develop and communicate monthly goals for the practice
Nurture a team philosophy and culture of open communication within the practice
Finance
Understanding of the collection policy and procedure at the medical practice
Manage or oversee patient accounts receivable
Investigate charges, payments, and collection process prior to sending to collection agency or attorney
Resolve patient conflicts regarding outstanding balances, fees disputes, insurance matters, collection proceedings, and legal matters
Perform daily deposits, accounts payable. Maintain the company payroll

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
