This position is responsible for fully implementing qualified program enrollees onto the program. Collaborating with Sales and Operations, this role will coordinate all efforts needed to complete the enrollment process for new customers within established SLAs. This includes soliciting and qualifying the appropriate documentation and information, loading it into the system, and managing the onboarding process to completion. Serves as point-of-contact for new customer throughout implementation process and provides a seamless transition to customer support when complete. Processes terminating customers from the system, including obtaining appropriate documentation, updating systems and notifying internal and external stakeholders. Address and resolves inquiries, issues and concerns during implementations and terminations process.
