Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaboration:Work with ATGs Recruitment Lead and recruiting team to build and drive a talent pipeline against the business demands and workforce plan for ATGs current business departments (Delivery Implementation, Advisory & Transformation, Sales, Strategy, and Operations)

    • Communication: Build advisory relationships with hiring managers to properly understand recruiting needs while updating respective teams and candidates on pipeline status

    • Knowledge:Possess a sound working knowledge of sourcing best practices and managing candidate experience ensuring pre-qualified talented and diverse candidates are submitted. Able to assess candidate fit and participate in recommendations and decision-making for additional assessment and hiring choices

Key Experience:

    • Proven experience of full cycle corporate and technical recruiting; strong customer service and consultative skills

    • Expert knowledge of direct candidate sourcing as well as relevant sourcing tools (LinkedIn, social media platforms, Boolean searches, community outreach events, etc.)

    • University/Campus recruiting experience; campus relationship management and internship recruiting with local universities

    • Solid knowledge of utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preference)

    • Demonstrates history of recruiting passive and active candidates and developing an active pipeline of talent aligned to our business needs

    • Proves a willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during period of heavy workload in order to meet project milestones and deadlines

    • Communicates with clarity and impact, understanding how the message has been received

    • Experience developing recommendations, implementing solutions and designing creative recruiting strategies with recruiting team

    • Exhibits high energy and drive, brings enthusiasm and the ability to engage with people at multiple levels on projects and meetings

    • Is firm and decisive, willing to make unpopular decisions when necessary

    • Experience with negotiating and managing complex offers that may include relocation, equity, and other non-standard compensation components

    • Demonstrates the ability to come up with creative solutions to challenging business problems

    • Collaborates extremely well with others to vision, plan and execute on cross-functional team goals

    • Has the ability to provide a great first impression of ATG to prospective candidates

    • Great organizational skills with the ability to manage a number of concurrent threads and juggle multiple priorities


    • 4-year degree or business field of study preferred or related working experience equivalent

    • Knowledge of ATG relevant technologies a plus (, GoTransverse, Spring CM, Congo, Appstus, Xactly, Callidus)

Location and Travel:

    • Willingness and ability to travelup to 25% (subject to change at any time based off project demands)
