Shift Information: Day Job

Monday-Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm

Position Summary:

Works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary health care team and acts as resource for staff and physicians. Provides clinic coordination in collaboration with the Manager and Directors of the Center with practice management. Accountable for business practice operations (workflow, procedures, facility furnishings, inventory, supplies, Kronos, process improvement), personnel supervision and general administration (assisting physicians, clinical staff, and management) and clinical functions. Assists Administrative Director and or Manager with projects. Assists in the coordination of activities, and other duties as assigned.


Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN and currently licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio or a Bachelor's degree in Business or other healthcare related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in pediatric nursing/healthcare.  Problem-solving skills and excellent communication/teaching skills required.  Leadership experience preferred.  Current Health Care Provider BLS required. Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Will be required to travel and cross cover Mahoning Valley.
