As a Corporate Account Analyst, you will be partnered with Chemicals Corporate Account Manager to drive customer growth and profitability. You will work closely with the account manager and interface with multiple departments within Nexeo Solutions as well as with the customer directly to meet the customer and Corporate Account Manger needs along with your job responsibilities. Along with the Corporate Account Manager, this role is the lead “account coordinator” role.
Work closely with Corporate Account Manager to ensure all customer needs are met. This includes general data gathering of items such as specification requests, company information, MSDS, product availability, market information, etc. In addition, this includes creation of analysis reports, scorecards, MFN’s, graphs, presentations, etc.
Receive and track corrective action notice for your accounts. Review them with the Corporate Account Manager and respond back to the customer with a professional and timely action.
Independently manage customer price requests on new products that are not currently on their price letter.
Manage Corporate Account Manager request for data that requires specialized reports, presentations, graphs, etc. Partner in preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Partner with Corporate Account Manager in completion of strategic account plans. Work closely with the Corporate Account Manager to provide the tools needed to create, manage and meet their account budgets.
Work with Corporate Account Manager on Monthly Account Specific Analytics such as new product introductions, share of wallet, share of mix, etc. Work with Corporate Account Manager on synergy opportunities with other lines of business.
Support Corporate Account Manager with monthly account reviews.
Maintain integrity of customer master data
College degree or equivalent
2 years experience in Customer Service, Purchasing, or Sales
Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
Must have advanced Excel skills, including advanced formula functions and pivot tables
Must be proficient in Salesforce.com and SharePoint
Experience with SAP/BW preferred
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and balance priorities for multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with customer facing deadlines
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop lasting working relationships and deep trust with customers and Corporate Account Managers
Team player and a strong business acumen
