Position Description:

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a systems integration and test engineer to support a DoD program from system specification and design through development, as well as ground and flight test activities. The selected candidate may work out of Dayton, OH, Tucson, AZ, Waco, TX, or Greenville, TX in this position.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the UK/US RC-135 PMO to manage budgets, goals, contracts and taskers

Analyze operational capability requirements and determine adequate program funding

Assist with developing acquisition strategy, project schedules, program plans, financial plans and other time-sensitive documentation

Assist with planning, organizing & managing contracts from planning efforts, drafting Statement of Work's (SOW)/Performance Work Statements (PWS) packages, participating in technical evaluations

Track and report status of contracted actions

Assist program managers in organizing, coordinating and completing program status reports

Assist with preparation of program briefings on acquisition, financial, and technical improvement projects

Research and provide alternatives to existing program plans in response to management requests for alternatives

Coordinate financial status with program management and budget offices

Assist in execution of funds & tracking of budgets

Assist in funding reports and analysis, managing & reporting day to day obligations and expenditures

               
               
Position Requirements:

At least 5+ years prior experience in business management, administration and communication. Direct experience with Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate is highly desirable

Experience with Air Force acquisition processes, especially financial & contract management. Knowledge of Air Force acquisition & sustainment policies, fiscal law (FAR, AFI's) for financial management, contract management, production and life cycle management.

Knowledge of Air Force appropriations

An understanding of contract types and the contracting process and ability to resolve questions resulting from legal reviews and business reviews

Must be able to communicate effectively via oral or written with broad range of team members (program, financial, contracting managers, government, industry, leadership, peers)

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products

Security Clearance Requirements
 An active Top Secret security clearance and current investigation are required.
