Job Description: This position is primarily office receptionist but will provide administrative & clerical support for the EH & S & HR depts. Will greet visitors & serve as the initial interface with external visitors. Will include arranging visit authorizations & directing the guest to the individual they are to see.  Will be responsible for filing/scanning, records management & receiving/maintaining office mail.  Will perform responsible administrative duties in support of the assigned area including but not limited to: answering & screening phone calls; preparing correspondence & reports which will sometimes require utilizing the AX-ERP operating system, scheduling appointments, preparing charts, graphs, performing desktop publishing tasks & establishing accurate subject-matter files, records, lists, etc., in accordance with the requirements of the immediate supervisor & the professional staff.  Will operate a variety of office machines & equipment.  Orders & maintains an ample amount of office supplies & materials.  Take responsible follow-up action needed to complete work assignments.  May coordinate travel arrangements.  May schedule meetings, conferences or appointments. 

Details: This is a temporary (1 to 2 months) part-time (25 hours per week) position. Workdays are 1st shift, 8:30am to 1:30 pm (5 hours per day), Monday through Friday.  Wage range will be $12.00 to $14.00 per hour, based on experience, education, skills & abilities. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a HS diploma/equivalent w/ previous receptionist/office clerk experience preferred. Must have proficient customer service, computer & office skills.
