PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT-CORPORATE PLANNING AND MARKET RESEARCH: The Project Consultant is responsible for guiding organizational direction and meeting strategic objectives. He/she accomplishes this by using consulting, communication, project management, analytic and computer skills to meet the needs of internal and external customers. This requires the ability to: 1. Work effectively with senior leadership, physician leadership, CHI, external consultants, customers and vendors, as well as many other internal TriHealth customers. Interact with internal and external clients to gain thorough understanding of project objectives and "business questions," maintain open communication regarding deadlines and any additional requests or adjustments, and assess satisfaction with output to ensure customer needs are met. 2. Independently manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 3. Provide useful reports and presentations based on sound analyses of data. 4. Determine and utilize appropriate, multiple systems, software and analytical tools efficiently to meet project objectives. 5. Actively participate and represent department on corporate steering committees and project teams.
EDUCATION: Master's Degree Healthcare.
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in healthcare, market research or a related field.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Critical thinking, analytic, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, time-management, coordination, implementation, written and verbal communication, data management, advanced MS Office, email, and internet research skills. Basic level of Tableau preferred.
