HR Business Process Analyst

The HR Business Process Analyst will support our HR Service model through the continuous improvement of all related processes that deliver a high level of service to our business. The individual in this role will focus on the analysis and process implementation for the HR organization, driving complex projects with critical timelines. This role will interact with all levels of management in a global matrix organization, utilizing metrics to ensure success.
Learns and stays informed on all HR Processes
Leads the development of process recommendations
Sources and analyzes data relevant to processes.
Creates process recommendation documents - process maps, supporting metrics, business requirements
May present recommendations to stakeholders and process owners
Must influence service organization with change recommendations
Shares accountability for realization of results with process owners
Defines, develops and evaluates performance metrics to establish process success
Participates in working with multiple stakeholders, often with competing/conflicting objectives
Responsible for driving action item closure, facilitate team meetings, ensuring follow-up with stakeholders
Reviews data post- implementation to measure success
Participates in defining standards of improvement success.

Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma transformation philosophies, principles, tools, and techniques.
Experience with Microsoft Visio Flowcharts
Working experience of SuccessFactors HCM
Willingness to travel 2-3 times annually
3 years' experience in process improvement and development of business metrics.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with all levels in the organization, leading projects and problem resolution.
Experience facilitating group meetings
Proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Analytical and organizational skills including experience in meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a matrix environment
Ability to manage competing priorities
Organized, creative and self-directed
