Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management, or equivalent required.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) current certification.
• Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Experience in personnel-related activities.
• Current valid driver's license/proof of automobile insurance, insurable under agency policy and reliable transportation.

• Must display excellent interpersonal skills in order to function as a member of senior management.
• Must display ability to work as a member of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization skills required.
• Experience in supervision and administration.
• Personal leadership skills.
• An understanding of people and their problems and a sense of fairness and consistency.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to accurately document facts related to essential job functions.
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment well enough to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to comprehend, recall, and apply facts related to essential job functions.
