Reporting to the Vice President of Analytics & Population Health, this position is part of Analytics organization and is responsible for developing, directing and improving Epic Reporting (Clinical & Business), Visual Analytics, Product & Consumer Analytics. This Director manages a multi-functional set of teams focused on enabling and creating value within the organization to meeting its strategic and operational goals. He/she will play a lead role establishing technical and process standards, supporting department budgeting, and building relationships with analytics community.


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree
  • A developing understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and best practices, including automated testing, DevOps, change, and version control
  • Understanding of relevant IDE’s conceptually and is able to use them effectively, with some guidance
  • Prioritizes best practices with regard to secure coding and security overall
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile/Scrum experience
