Job Description Summary:


The purpose of this position is to advance a rehabilitation Clinical Program across the rehabilitation environment, specific network (outpatient, acute, or home care), and assist in linking services across the rehabilitation continuum. This position will be responsible for the clinical quality in the designed program and assist rehabilitation management with customer satisfaction results, quality of work life, and financial performance of the rehabilitation clinical program. Examples of rehabilitation clinical programs can include neurological, aquatic, women's health, vestibular, spine, foot & ankle, hand, oncology, industrial, cardiology, orthopedics, trauma, and critical care.


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Bachelors or Masters Level Degree in the areas of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Athletic Training, or Exercise Physiology. Clinical Experience & course work related to rehabilitation sub-specialty The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills Dedicated clinician development and coaching ability Preparation for and participation in Strategic Planning Experience in dealing with an ability to teach others how to collaborate with medical advisors and physician partners accessing rehabilitation services Two years clinical Experience in rehabilitation sub-specialty Clinical program
