The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will be a key member of a team that provides strategic solutions, evaluates processes and technologies and delivers production-ready automated solutions for business process using Automation Anywhere Platform. Primary responsibilities include supporting Automation Anywhere environments including Control room and server related administrative support tasks such as monitoring, manage permissions, build Bots and general troubleshooting. The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer will work closely with business teams and point of contacts from other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective automated solutions for all aspects of the organization.
This position is part of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program within the Digital Workplace team in Corporate IT at Sherwin Williams. The ultimate goal of this team, and this position, is to provide capabilities for our employees worldwide to help improve their productivity and engagement, by making it easier for them to automate and improve their business process.
Strategy & Planning
*Manage all new incoming automations into the designated processes for validation prior to production migration.
*Manage resource permissions for how bots are used in development, test, and production environments.
*Develop standards and guidelines to guide domain technology strategy.
*Build automations within Sherwin frameworks and governance.
*Execute automations on scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
*Handle monitoring and troubleshooting the Automation Anywhere environment through Control room.
*Collaborate and gains consensus across platforms to ensure best practices, enterprise standards, best of breed, quality, and solving of complex problems.
*Ensure that applications/domain meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
*Actively engage business to understand vision and ensure business needs are met.
*Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group.
*Facilitate and administer the coordination of automations between development, test, and production.
*Challenge current state and influence strategic change.
Acquisition & Deployment
*Gather requirements, analyzes, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis for business process changes.
*Prepare ROI analysis and budget proposals to initiate the acquisition of business process.
*Plan and organize tasks, reports progress, manages and coordinates with business users for implementations.
*Develop processes, guidelines and framework for rapid development and deployment of services.
*Mitigate significant risks associated with large projects, which require new processes and/or involve significant changes to existing processes.
*Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
*Assist in developing project plans, track project deliverables and meet dedicated timelines.
*Develop the generation of summary reports on every day run.
*Develop solutions to leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) functionality and suggest process improvements.
*Maintaining, securing and retrieving the user credentials.
*Help the process owner to create, user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes.
*Assisting on Process Definition Document (PDD) and develop respective Solution Design Document (SDD).
*Generate the automated exception reports.
*Intake incident tickets and perform analysis/resolution of needed break-fix/de-bugging issues (e.g., analyze, design, build and test).
*Debugging application for fixing bugs and production support.
*Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues.
*Support domain asset lifecycle management
*Assist with various projects as may be required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
*Maintain current knowledge of the technology workspace in terms of current state, future possibilities, forthcoming technologies, and their relevance and impact.
*Manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environments with technology design considerations.
*Mentor business users as needed.

Formal Education & Certification
*Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience
*5+ years of IT experience.
*3+ years of development experience on distributed platforms.
*2+ years of domain experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
*2+ years of development experience using Automation Anywhere highly preferred.
*Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing.
*Experience in Administrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) control room and Environments preferred.
*Experience with .NET 3.5 or higher Framework preferred.
*Knowledge or working experience with Oracle ERP/Java/.NET Application preferred.
