The Career Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative will be working in a high-volume solution center. This position is customer-focused, requiring the ability to multi-task on telephones and computer software, coordinate and execute emails, and effectively locate solutions to customer problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An ideal Customer Service Representative is an excellent communicator and an efficient problem-solver, with an ability to maintain patience and composure at all times. As the front-line support for our clients and customers, your role is vital to our success as a company.


High School Diploma required or GED equivalent
Ability to type 45 WPM with a minimum of 92% accuracy preferred         Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check     Customer service experience is a plus

**Please Note: Workdays are full-time (40 hrs per week), 1st shift, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18+ years old, have a HS Diploma/Equivalent w/ the ability to type 45 WPM with a minimum of  92% accuracy preferred.  Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
