JOB SUMMARY/CONTROLS: Under the general supervision of a higher classified managerial employee, aids manager in a staff capacity by coordinating office services, workflow, planning, program implementation, and the promotion of community and tenant relations. The selected candidate will be passionate about the Authority’s mission and will strive to advance the mission, vision, and values to internal and external stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two or more years of post high school education, in clerical, management, or closely related field are required.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) to five (5) years’ of progressively more responsible experience in office management or a closely related area. SKILLS: Ability to communicate and interact well with the general public, applicants, CMHA residents, and staff. Ability to type 60 wpm. Ability to transcribe at 50 wpm. Ability to enter data at 55 wpm. Knowledge of common office related computer software. A thorough knowledge of CMHA office practices. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw a valid conclusion. Ability to prepare meaningful, concise, and accurate reports.
OTHER: Possession of a valid Ohio Vehicle Operator’s License and insurability under CMHA guidelines. The qualifications listed above are guidelines. Other combinations of education and experience that could provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job will be considered.
