Job Description: We are seeking a Full-Time team member to join our Gold Star, Professional, Fun-filled, and Caring Homemaker Personal Care Agency with Integrity! *MUST be willing to work Afternoon shifts and a flexible schedule. We are seeking a Direct Care-Residential Support Staff who is professional, flexible, positive, willing to learn, teachable, and coachable. The Direct Care-Residential Support Staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned housing site, which includes, but not limited to, working with Developmentally Disabled clients by assisting the individuals with bathing, feeding, meal prep, and transportation in the community, while offering support, guidance, and quality assurance. Med Delegation, good communication, and organized is a plus! We offer 1st Aid/CPR and Med Certification I, III Training for our Team members! Shift differential offered for afternoon 2p-10p. *Over-Time guaranteed. Only serious inquiries please. If you have a car, you must have proof of auto insurance.

Wage: $9.50 to $10.50 /hour (Depending upon experience)

Details: Full time. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Split, Rotating Shifts. $9.50 - $10.50/hour based on experience.
Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED. Background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and diagnosed with mental health disorder(s) preferred, but not required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift more than 100 lbs.
Driver’s License Requirement(s): Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
Pre-Employment Testing: Criminal Background Check, Drug Testing, Reference Check.
