This individual will be integral in creating and refining the big picture view of Hexion's Talent Acquisition processes and programs. This valued team member will be a critical voice in refining and driving innovative processes that provide a world class experience for our stakeholders and candidates. Most importantly, you will be a representative of Hexion's Talent Brand, taking ownership of the candidate experience from application to hire, ensuring a positive experience for each candidate that interacts with our organization.

Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Coordination

Lead the recruitment coordination process from requisition advertisement to offer
Interview scheduling
Travel Coordination

Effectively communicate the recruitment process to each candidate, ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end
Support of our applicant tracking system, including requisition and automated communication management
US Campus Recruitment coordination
US Talent Development Program coordination

Talent Branding & Marketing

Content creation to produce a unique position in the talent market
Utilize available tools to build  awareness of Hexion and opportunities to grow with us

Vendor Management

Maintaining the technology and contracts with external recruitment partners in the Chemical Manufacturing space

Data Analytics

Creating and maintaining meaningful metrics that drive talent acquisition decisions
Supporting the data creation for our Affirmative Action Planning

Full Life-Cycle Recruitment

Ownership of the recruitment process for non-exempt and entry level hiring
Effective communication of the recruitment process to our partners
Successful creation and execution of sourcing strategies in partnership with our leaders

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years in coordination role, preferably in Talent Acquisition
Ability to think on your feet and challenge the status quo
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a matrix environment
Ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organized, creative and self-directed
Strong attention to detail with a high level of personal ownership

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of business social media best practices and platforms
Working knowledge of Affirmative Action Planning and EEOC Compliance

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Communications or Business
