We are currently seeking caring and compassionate STNA's for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We offer unique schedules to meet the needs of your family.


Full-time position:

1) M - F 7 AM - 3:15 PM (77.5 hours per pay)

2) M-F 3 PM - 11:15 PM (77.5 hours per pay)

3) M-F 11 PM - 7:15 AM(77.5 hours per pay)

Weekend ONLY

Part-time positions: Every Saturday & Sunday 7 AM - 7:15 PM (47 hours per pay) or Every Saturday & Sunday 7 PM - 7:15 AM (47 hours per pay)

Weekend with a Pickup Day - Every Saturday & Sunday 7 PM - 7:15 AM and a pick up day 11 PM - 7:15 AM (62.5 hours per pay)

If you have recently obtained your STNA license we will reimburse your class costs! Or if you are interested in becoming an STNA, we offer sponsorship's!

                                                    Job Requirements                                                                                                           
Ensure that residents receive the best care
Providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with the residents' assessment and care plans
Uphold residents' rights b))
Care for residents with dementia
Check residents to ensure resident care needs are being met
Perform personal care for residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, oral care, and toileting (or incontinence care)
Assist in the evacuation of residents
Assist residents with daily ADLs
Providing quality care to residents in a thoughtful and respectful manner
Assist residents participating in activity programs
Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as directed by clinical supervisors
Providing routine nursing care for residents in secured memory care unit in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assist residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Lifting and/or transporting residents
Provide each of assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan
Provide each of assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan
Delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties
Caring for residents, families
Provide direct care to the residents, and to engage in the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants
Provide routine nursing and personal care for patients
