Primary Purpose: To foster a safe and positive atmosphere in assigned locations of the hospital building and property, and facilitate the information flow between patients, families and hospital staff, as well as assisting in identifying and meeting patient and visitor comfort needs in a service oriented manner.
Knowledge and Skills:
Education: Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Years of Experience: 1 years in customer service field.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Hospital terminology, policies and procedures. Knowledge of persons in crisis. Accepted ethical standards within the medical community and professional organization.
