Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time Copywriter to join our Information Design team! Please submit a Cover Letter with your application.


Develop meaningful content for creative materials that target a global audience of patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians;
Translate complex scientific concepts into simplified and approachable content;
Research patient populations and understand study design to write effective content for the intended audience;
Manage content revisions for creative materials;
Create project-specific style guides to ensure quality and consistency;
Work closely with graphic designers throughout the development process; and
May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.


Bachelor's degree in professional writing, technical communication, or related field;
Proficient knowledge of software designed for technical communication (e.g., Adobe Technical Communication Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, screen capture utilities);
Proficient knowledge of Office 365, including applying styles, using templates, and creating and editing complex documents;
Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language usage skills with the ability to write quickly, simply, and clearly;
Ability to shift nimbly between priorities; and
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
