The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for driving patient count in Assisted Living (AL) Facilities, Home Health Care (HHC) Agencies and Hospice. The ISR will develop positive client relationships with any accounts that are assigned to that person by the RSD, resolve and/or forward to the appropriate Territory Manager issues for timely resolution, and ensure account retention, particularly with any Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) that are assigned to that person.
Internal Liaison to Ordering Accounts:
Serve as direct liaison to SNF’s, AL’s, HHC and Hospice client base based on an assigned account list.
Develop relationship with current customer’s point of contact.
Develop relationship with new customer’s point of contact.
Resolve and follow up with assigned accounts in regards to paperwork, compliance and medical necessity documentation.
Resolve all assigned account issues or complaints.
Own on-boarding process of assigned new accounts.
Report to supervising manager on an as requested basis from the RSM/RSD any critical account issues or downward patient count trends.
Be responsible for 100% retention of any assigned SNF accounts.
Communication & Administrative:
Communicate and document with Call Center Manager any Call Center issues or policy issues.
Communicate with Territory Manager if assigned account has issues that require the Territory Manager’s involvement.
Call Center to forward all calls from assigned account if not an order.
Communicate with Operations if there are issues with our technologist.
Follow same day STATS to ensure delivery of service (as needed).
Understand and enforce account ordering policies and procedures.
Detail activity in SugarCRM.
Meet or exceed monthly objectives to increase patient count as assigned by RSM/RSD.
Attend Sales Trade show (local)
Promote efforts within the company to continuously improve client’s perception of TridentCare services.
Very strong verbal communication skills.
Highly proficient phone skills.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary account service team.
Can work independently at a highly competent level.
Be very detailed oriented.
Be able to work in very fast paced environment.
Must be flexible to fast changing business priorities.
High level of computer literacy.
High School diploma.
Medical Terminology a plus.
Very high level of ability to work within a team environment.
Must be able to complete ad hoc/last minute tasks assigned by RSM/RSD.
