Job Summary





Our clinical operations activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Training & Development Associate in Cincinnati to join our Clinical Trial Management Training and Development team. This position plays a key role in the training and developing of Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) through our CTM Foundation Training program. If you enjoy developing and training leaders and having a positive impact on a global organization, this is the opportunity for you!



Responsibilities





Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops;
Participate in hands-on exercises and practicums with new Clinical Trial Managers;
Assist in the development and revision of training content;
Evaluate effective training strategies on an ongoing basis;
Mentor and develop new CTMs;
Participate in evaluation of new CTMs;
Support departmental projects/tasks;
Coordinate continuing education training curriculum for experienced CTMs;
Maintain effective communication with Managers regarding CTM performance and training needs.



Qualifications





Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of clinical research experience;

Knowledge of clinical trials and drug/device development and approval processes, as well as ICH-GCP principles;
Strong leadership skills;
Desire to train and develop CTMs; and
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
