SALARY – BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND TMWC SALARY RANGES AND COMPENSATION GUIDELINES FOR POSITION – GRADE 202, $23.00 - $28.00/HR.

40 HOURS PER WEEK WITH MEDICAL, DENTAL, LIFE, SHORT TERM DISABILITY, EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, RETIREMENT (403B) AND PAID TIME OFF

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Marketing and Communications Management
1. Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive and strategic marketing and communications plan to further develop branding and imaging
2. Implement internal professional development and engagement programs to ensure personnel are working as a high-performing, collaborative and constructive team
3. Produce internal and external publications, promotional materials, and social media management that raises awareness and understanding of the mission and services
4. Manage all media relations

Development and Fundraising Management
1. Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive and strategic development and fundraising plan to meet goals and objectives related to securing major gifts, annual events and appeals, corporate and foundation grants, cultivation events, and developing new approaches to grow the donor base
2. Meet prospective donors, supporters and community leaders on a continual basis to establish effective relationships
3. Make public appearances/accept speaking engagements to share information about the TMWC with the community
4. Serves as staff liaison for TMWC Board of Trustees Committees

Experience, Educational Qualifications and Abilities

• Minimum of three (3) years of successful and progressive experience in marketing, communications, development and fundraising preferably in the human services/nonprofit field
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) from an accredited institution of higher education in business management, marketing, public administration, communications or a related field
• Knowledge of fundraising principles as they relate to the human services/nonprofit field
• Knowledge of current community challenges and opportunities related to the mission
• Personal or lived experience with mental illness preferred
• Valid First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or will obtain
• Valid driver’s license
• Access/use of personal vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of personnel, members, volunteers, and donors
