Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused individuals, like yourself. This is a vital role in our Marketing department; whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background.


Identify and recommend high potential customers and market segments via application of analytic tools and techniques to drive opportunities and sales
Lead data integration efforts that leverage market, product, financial and customer data in order to stratify and target optimal business opportunities
Provide key insights and recommendations for sales strategy based on correlation between target marketing and results
Design and build reports and dashboards utilizing multiple internal and external data sources, via Power BI or other BI systems
Oversee Medpace Account Analytics & Targeting system and serve as liaison with Information Technology for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement of analytics programs
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs and other teams to identify therapeutic, disease and/or product-specific targeted opportunities.
Manage relationships with multiple external market data providers and data feed partners


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field
Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to proactively analyze large data sets and transform into key insights and recommendations
Experience in or understanding of Business Intelligence systems such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikView preferred
Experience in data visualization design, tools and techniques
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of biopharma/device clinical development processes a plus
