The Superior Group is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Associate to develop growth strategies, identify business strengths, and collaborate with leadership in order to best support customer needs.

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 Seek new opportunities for organizational growth; support the sales process of the company

 Support preconstruction and project teams in project pursuit activities including proposals and interviews

 Assist managers with developing and managing customer relationships

 Perform market research

 Design and create proposals / presentations / print and digital marketing collateral as necessary using the Abode Creative Suite.

 Generate content for website and social media

 Support internal and external communication initiatives

 Establish and help maintain CRM system

 Manage RFQ responses

 Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

 Experience in the construction, engineering, or architectural industry is preferred

 Graphic design experience and Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (i.e. InDesign) is required

 Excellent verbal communication skills

 Strong technical writing ability

 Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role

 Ability to multitask and produce high quality work in a fast paced environment

 Demonstrated and proven sales results
