OhioMeansJobs|Cleveland-Cuyahoga County is currently sourcing Asset Manager for one of Cleveland oldest and most respected development corporations. Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, (CFO), the Asset Manager will oversees all of the Foundation’s real estate holdings including the security of the portfolio, the sale of homes and the regulatory compliance of the Foundation and performs accounting functions as designated by the CFO.
Evaluate and advises on acquisition of existing partnerships.
Work with CFO in preparing partnership reports and monitoring the financial status of Famicos’ properties by analyzing budget variance reports, occupancy reports, and budget to actual statements.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as required by limited partner investors, Department of Housing & Urban Development, State of Ohio, City of Cleveland, and grant funders including Neighbor Works America.
Manage the portfolio’s insurance renewals and claims or all properties.
Provide quarterly reports on the performance of partnerships to Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.
Maintain HCCP designation through meeting continuing education requirements.
Provide guidance for the transfer/acquisition/disposal of real estate assets.
Prepare and monitor the acquisition/restructuring/disposal of assets through the legal process.
Prepare contract and rent renewal requests to HUD for subsidized properties.
Prepare replacement reserve requests to HUD and limited partner investors.
Review contracts and pricing agreements for building services including trash removal, utilities, telephone, and contract security.
