Citizens National Bank is seeking a Senior CSR for the Elida Office.
This position will have multi-faceted responsibilities ranging from minimal cash handling and basic Teller transactions to opening all types of new accounts, explaining Bank policies and procedures and fulfilling sales, service and referral needs. The Senior CSR will also be responsible for opening and closing the branch and maintaining branch security, scheduling Teller and New Account staff as well as assisting the Branch Operations Manager with completing reports.
You must maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, policies and procedures, functionality of Bank software systems and applicable industry regulations in order to provide exceptional customer service.Required Skills
Must possess a results-driven demeanor with exemplary planning, time management and organizational skills. Stellar written, verbal, listening and interpersonal communication skills required. Position requires a high level of professionalism and ability to problem solve as you must be able to deal with customers under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office; demonstrated proficiency with electronic banking products and services a plus. Must embrace current and future technology.Required Experience
The ideal applicant will have 2-5 years of banking experience, including Teller and New Accounts experience. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
