About the team: Our mission is to provide fraud industry guidance to internal and external stakeholders on operations under the governance of Banking and Merchant Solutions. Our team consists of four support channels: Fraud Analytics, Forensic Investigations & Quality Control, Fraud Intelligence, and Behavioral Analytics.

What you will be doing: We bring awareness to business leaders regarding impactful fraud trends, formulate remediation efforts from key players, execute strategies across the organization, strengthen internal and external partnership by communicating effectively, utilize logging mechanisms to proactively identify fraud, and most importantly mitigate fraud losses for our organization.

Track and monitor merchant or cardholder/Financial Institution fraud scheme data to identify suspicious activity.
Review call recordings in order to recognize bad actors contacting our organization; adding phone numbers to alert system for monitoring future calls identify further impacted accounts.
Distinguish ways to improve internal or external processes in order to mitigate fraud.
Identify bad actor behaviors in order to implement systems or processes to alert/stop activity.
Partner with external parties to assist with active investigations, providing support and data which can result in indictments and successful prosecution against the bad actors attacking our company.
