Primary Purpose: Provide scheduling support for UC Physicians by answering incoming, telephone calls.
Knowledge and Skills
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Years of Experience: Minimum of one to two years experience in a call center environment.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent customer service skills and attitude. Ability to work under extreme pressure in a fast paced Call Center. Knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
